 | Payment - After submitting an order to us we will pass you over to our trusted payment-processing partner to allow you to provide your payment details in the most secure environment.
- This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions. We operate a daily security screening process to identify and highlight potential fraud, in partnership with our payment provider, credit agencies and the UK authorities.
- We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
Cancellation - You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish providing you act within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.

- If your order has already been despatched please follow our returns information.
Returns - If you're returning something because it doesn't fit or it's not suitable, you'll need to pay the postage costs to return it to us with a covering letter stating whether you want an exchange or refund.
- We will refund the return postage for items found to be faulty.If an item is faulty on delivery contact ZIG ZAG immediately to explain the fault. We'll either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer.
- Please note for all unwanted returned items a restocking fee of £5.00 applies. This will be deducted from the total refunded .
